#1 Launching ‘Finding Your Stride’
Transform how you move through the world—starting from the inside out.
You’ve done everything “right,” and yet… something still feels missing. You’re showing up at work, raising your family, checking every box—and underneath the high-functioning exterior is a quiet ache. Big life questions keep surfacing in different forms:
“Who am I, really?”
“Why am I here?”
“Can I trust that something greater is guiding me?”
You’re not alone. According to Harris Poll data, 42% of working mothers have been diagnosed with anxiety or depression. But the exhaustion we’re feeling isn’t just physical—it’s spiritual. We’re not just tired. We’re soul-weary. Disconnected from ourselves, our purpose, and the presence of something greater.
Why now?
We’re living in a time that demands more than optimization—it demands adaptation.
Burnout is rising. Nearly half of U.S. workers feel emotionally exhausted. For working parents, the pressure is even greater.
Change is accelerating. From AI to climate disruption, the pace of change is outpacing our ability to respond with wisdom.
Families are stretched thin. Work has bled into every corner of life, leaving little space for rest, reflection, or presence.
And yet, the leaders who thrive in seasons like this—the ones who sustain their impact and peace—share something in common: They’re not just productive. They’re deeply rooted.
True adaptability doesn’t begin with strategy. It begins with identity. It grows through purpose. And it is sustained by trust—especially in something greater than ourselves.
If we want to live differently, lead differently, and love differently, we have to build from the inside out.
What is ‘Finding Your Stride’?
This newsletter and podcast isn’t about productivity hacks. It’s an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and return to what’s true.
Here’s what I’ve come to believe, through my own wrestling with burnout, faith, motherhood, and ambition: You were created on purpose, by a God who is good. You are not here by accident.
And the exhaustion? It’s not failure. It’s an invitation to begin again—with more presence, more honesty, and more trust.
I speak as a Christian, and you’ll hear me reference Jesus and scripture throughout this series. But I also know many of you are exploring, healing, or come from different traditions. You are welcome here. The questions we’ll explore around identity, purpose, and trust are universal.
Like the 12-step model that has guided so many through recovery, Finding Your Stride is a process of spiritual renewal for high-capacity people who want to live and lead with greater integrity—without burning out.
Some weeks, you’ll find reflections grounded in science. Others, in scripture. Often both. But always, my writing will come from the belief that transformation is possible.
